e-Express Service(regular airmail) Resumption on Key Destinations

Thank you for using our e-Express service.

The service to Australia will be reopened on 7 September 2020.  Destinations with e-Express service currently available are listed below:

China, Indonesia, Macao, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam

North America United States

Oceania Australia

Central and South America Mexico

Europe Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Serbia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey and the United Kingdom

Notwithstanding this, destination postal operations are still under the influence of the pandemic and delays in mail delivery are expected.

Hongkong Post would continue to keep close communication with airlines for air space supply and also destination postal administrations on processing inbound mails with a view to resuming the service to more destinations.
